New swimming pool to open in Olympic year

Crosfields is delighted to confirm that planning approval for their new swimming pool project was granted by Wokingham Borough Council in January. The state of the art pool is the next large scale development project for the School.

Here are some dates for your diaries:

New Parents Evening – Friday 16th September

This is a social event that takes place after the Nursery and Reception meetings and is open to all new parents to the school throughout all the age groups.  There is a brief introduction to the CPA then wine and canapes and the opportunity to meet and socialise with other new parents and some of the teaching staff.

Summer Picnic Sunday 18th September

In the grounds of the school, come along and bring your picnic, BBQ, tables and chairs and meet up with other families.  This year we have inflatables, petting zoo, pony rides, circus skills, swimming pool, tennis courts, face painting, tattoos, competitions, games and lots more.   Its a great day out for the whole family.

Christmas Fayre Sunday 20th November 2011

Held in the sports hall we have over 60 stalls selling everything from foody bits to jewellery and giftware.  We have Santa in his grotto lots of games and activities for the children and singing from the pre prep choir.  

Shopping Trip date TBA

Hope on a coach at school and we whisked upto a shopping centre for a day of retail therapy/christmas shopping and be back to school in time to collect from late stay.

Christmas Party Saturday 3rd December

A Christmas meal and dancing until the small hours.  Organise your own table or let us add you to a table of parents from the same year group.  A really great night out!
