For pupils to enjoy both happiness and success at Crosfields, it is essential that sound relationships exist between parents and school. The school wishes to see parents closely supporting their children in all aspects of school life.
Contact with parents of children up to year 4 occurs on a daily basis. From year 5 upwards, the main channel for communication is via a child’s prep diary. Teachers will always be available to discuss a pupil’s progress and arrangements to meet a teacher can be made through direct contact with the teacher or through the school office.
Parents’ Evenings
In the Pre-Prep and Junior School, parents have the opportunity to meet their child’s class teacher each term at an arranged time. In the Upper School a pastoral-based meeting takes place early in the autumn term followed by a subject-based evening in the spring or summer terms.
Various other meetings are held throughout the year for relevant year groups in order to keep parents fully informed of events and procedures.
