The children will be encouraged to reflect on, and respond to, the wonder of the world around them. They will be made more aware of the patterns and cyclical nature of the world and encouraged to appreciate their role in respecting and caring for their environment and all living things.

Summer Term
Topic: Special Books
The children will be taught that all faith communities have sacred writings and holy books. They will be helped to appreciate that religious books and writings communicate experiences, ideas and information and that this offers followers of that faith a code to live by.
