New swimming pool to open in Olympic year

Crosfields is delighted to confirm that planning approval for their new swimming pool project was granted by Wokingham Borough Council in January. The state of the art pool is the next large scale development project for the School.

Facilities for the coaching and playing of cricket at Crosfields include 5 indoor cricket nets, 6 brand new outdoor cricket nets an all-weather wicket and a top quality main cricket square.  Coaching is delivered from year 3 by a highly qualified sports department and teams are run from year 4 to year 8.  Many Crosfields boys have gone on to represent the county at both junior and senior level, and the Crosfields U12 side has won the Berkshire U12 County Cup in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003.
