Music

Music is taught throughout the school, with pupils following a syllabus of listening, performing and composing.  Each child sings, learns music notation and plays the recorder from Year 2.  Private tuition in a wide range of instruments is available from a team of visiting musicians.  There are instrumental groups and choirs at every level and concerts each term.  The following pages give an introduction to the Department and a first indication of the many opportunities available musically at Crosfields.
