We aim to provide a high quality education for all children who pass through Crosfields School. To give them the appropriate skills to allow them to thrive in their Senior School and provide a good preparation for life. To develop self esteem and grow in confidence.
Mission statement
The aim of Crosfields is to achieve a high standard of learning within a happy, caring and stimulating environment. We aim to develop the abilities and aptitudes and attitudes of each child in order to help him/her to fulfil his/her potential. We have high levels of expectation and ensure that appropriate challenges across a wide curriculum base are set. We regularly appraise curriculum content and teaching methods to ensure a continued high quality of education.
We strive to encourage self confidence, independence, power of expression and enthusiasm for learning and an appreciation of what can be achieved through hard work and self discipline. Above all it is important that children enjoy their time at Crosfields, develop a sense of responsibility and show consideration to others. We encourage children to contribute in all aspects of school life, in order that they will be well prepared to take their place in society as well rounded, confident and considerate citizens.
