Design Technology

Design TechnologyDesign and Technology introduces pupils to a range of different materials and methods of working.  Pupils are taught to design artefacts, textile items and food products in a logical and systematic way using a range of graphical and ICT techniques.  The subject calls for pupils to become autonomous and creative problem solvers, as individuals and members of a team.  Through design and technology, all pupils can become discriminating and informed users of products.
