Mr Nick Habgood (Chairman)

Nick became Chairman of the Board of Governors in 2018.

Following a successful executive career with GKN, Mars Corporation and MasterCard, Nick moved into private equity and is the Founder and Managing Partner of Azini Capital Partners LLP, a London based private equity firm with a track-record of successful investments in growth stage private and public technology companies. Nick is a director on the boards of a number of public and private companies and has a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering (M.Eng) from the University of Bristol.

Nick is married to Sue and together they have three children; the youngest of whom, Zach, attended Crosfields School until year 8 before moving to Winchester College.  Zach is now studying mechanical engineering at Imperial College London.
