We welcome applications from parents who have children with academic potential but would not be able to afford full fees without financial support.

Our bursaries support school fees for Reception to Year 11 but will be subject to periodic review.

As part of the bursary selection process, families will be required to complete a means-tested application that considers total household income and assets. This will determine how much the Bursary award is for.

Applicants for the Bursary programme must register with us and book to attend our January assessment in order that we can progress the application for financial support. For more information, please see our Frequently Asked Questions.

What is included within the bursary?

A bursary award covers school fees and in some circumstances can be extended to provide support with other costs such as providing a laptop. Our fees are inclusive of educational day trips, curriculum residentials, lunch, stationery, textbooks, many hobbies and Personal Accident Insurance. Parents are asked to cover the cost of uniforms, travel to school and any discretionary activities, for example, individual music lessons.

Bursary awards are not the same as scholarships, this is because a bursary award is means-tested whereas scholarships are open to any pupil with the potential in our four award areas. To learn more about our scholarships, please visit Scholarships.
