Welcome to Crosfields Parents’ Association

The Crosfields Parents’ Association (CPA) is a dedicated group of volunteer parents, carers, and staff members who work together to foster a strong sense of community within the Crosfields School environment. Established in 1989, the CPA has been instrumental in nurturing a dynamic school community where parents, pupils, and staff can come together to socialise, collaborate, and make lasting memories.

Our commitment rests on laying the foundations of a warm and inclusive school atmosphere, where every individual is appreciated and supported. The CPA members contribute significantly to the uniqueness of Crosfields by offering their time as volunteers, participating in events, and assuming vital committee roles.

For families looking to join the Crosfields community, we invite you to visit us at an open event – our CPA representatives are always delighted to engage with you.

Our Aims

  1. To work in partnership with the school to widen the sense of community by arranging social events that bring children, parents, carers and staff together.
  2. To support the school’s activities by attending events where there are new and prospective parents who would benefit from the opportunity to talk about the school with existing parents and carers.
  3. To raise funds to:
    – support fundraising initiatives
    – support school purchases that enhance the children’s experience at Crosfields and which are outside of the school’s budget

Our Committee

The committee is made up of parents, carers and staff who meet each term to discuss events and other opportunities to support the School. There are always opportunities for new volunteers to get involved so if you are a school parent or carer and feel you could spare an hour or two, have some fun in a good cause, make new friends and develop your skills, then please do get in touch. You can reach the CPA committee via email at cpa.crosfields@gmail.com.

Our Events

The CPA organises a variety of events and activities throughout the year, ranging from annual favorites like the Fireworks Display and Summer Vibes to smaller gatherings such as coffee mornings and craft workshops. These events provide opportunities for members of the Crosfields community to connect, have fun, and support the school.
