Mrs Chan Odedra

Chan is a qualified solicitor with over 15 years of experience in criminal law and legal practice management, having founded and led a successful criminal law practice.  Chan joined Crosfields in 2019, transitioning her passion for operational and regulatory compliance to the education sector. At Crosfields, her initial focus was on compliance and governance; however, her remit expanded to elements of HR, Finance, Estates, Health & Safety, and leadership.

In her current role, Chan is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the school. She is also one of Crosfields’ EDIB (Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging) Champions, helping to foster a more inclusive and supportive school community. Outside of school, Chan enjoys reading, travelling, and spending quality time with her family.
