Christmas Care Home Party

Christmas Care Home Party

Organising the Christmas Care Home party for residents of Parsons Grange Care Home is one of the highlights of our school year. Year 6 pupils and teachers have been visiting the care home as part of the Enrichment Programme and invited residents from the home to Crosfields, for this event.

Pupils find the experience of interacting with the residents very uplifting and rewarding. They work together to prepare various performances including songs, dances, and musical pieces for the guests. The Reception children’s performance of Christmas carols was a festive way to start the party.

Year 6 pupils donated Christmas gifts to the party. Many gifts were also sent back to residents who were unable to attend themselves.
